Needing program support?

Consider me to help you and your team with rolling out a well-organized leadership development program.
I could support you with writing client proposals, co-designing, designing client materials, communicating with (potential) program participants and more, while you could spend your time creating impact, and building meaningful relationships with your client.
My broad working experience in the area of leadership development has made me very versatile, and apart from the facilitation itself, I could jump in basically anywhere where needed, pre-, during, and beyond a program roll-out.

“While you are holding the field in the client room,
I will hold the pen, phone and project management for you”

Why project support is essential
The most important part of the leadership development work is building trusted relationships, creating the greatest client value and delivering impactful transformational programs. This requires being fully present in the room, or Zoom, with your clients during team sessions, individual coaching sessions, strategy meetings, etc.

Excellent facilitation requires full attention to co-create an optimal setting, to be able to ‘hold the field’, to work with what emerges during the session, to engage participants, and being in service towards another person’s transformation. Building client relationships also means investing time, energy and dedication.
Most leadership development practitioners either do not have the time, or perhaps even do not have the talent, to focus on what is needed beyond their intensive client interactions, and therefore need a well-organized person or team around them to bridge the gaps.
